Objectives of Course:
This Online Examination Material will guide, prepare and counsel practising Lawyers to appear and confidently take an Advocate on Record Exams conducted by the Supreme Court of India. You will understand what Advocates-on- Record (AOR) does and how to become an Advocate-on-Record (AOR).
Good study material is scarce in the market. More so, there are no Multiple Choice Questions guide and assignments to test your knowledge and information that will enable you to appear confidently in the examination. IALM Course material includes videos, pdfs, case materials, references, sample pleadings, past years solved papers, leading cases (Full Text, Videos and Summary), and everything you need to be ready for one of the important and toughest exams in Law.
One of the basic criteria for appearing at the Advocate-on-Record examination is to enrol for training under an AoR. IALM guides Advocates all over India to be enrolled as a trainee as per Supreme Court Rules, 2013. We do this by 1) providing contact information of all AoRs; 2) pointing out specific vacancy, if available; 3) preparation of covering- application along with draft CV, and 4) preparation of interview or telephonic conversation with AoRs.
