Course Description

The Indian Patent Agent Examination is administered by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks, or IP India as it is more popularly known.

The Controller General of Patents has officially scheduled the Patent Agent Examination for January 5, 2025.
