Student Referral Incentive: If any student who is not an Academic Director recommends a course, they will receive Rs. 1,000/-, and the buyer will get a 15% discount on the course.
MODEST MONTHLY INCOME EARNED AS A DIRECTOR:
Example 1:
Suppose you enrol five students in the course worth Rs. 10,000/- and five Level-1 Academic Directors who complete their target. You make the following income:
- Academic Directors Appointment
Rs 20,000/- as (“five”) level-1 Academic Director appointed by you @ Rs. 4000/- per Level-1 Academic Director.
Rs 25,000/- as (“twenty five”) Level-2 Academic Director appointed by each Level-1 Academic. Director @ Rs 1000 per Level- 2 Academic Director.
- Students Enrolled
Rs 7,500/- as 15% referral lump sum net fee received from 5 students.
- Rs. 25,000/- as referral fees received from 5 students being referred by each Level 1 (“five”) Academic Directors appointed by you @10% per student enrolled.
- Rs. 62500/- as referral student fees for students referred by the Level 2 Academic Director @5% per student enrolled.
Total monthly income (a+b+c+d+e) = Rs. 1,40,000/-
Note: GST will be levied in addition to the above income, and all earnings are subject to TDS as per government regulations.
Example 2:
Suppose you enrol ten students in the course worth Rs. 10,000/- and ten Level-1 Academic Directors who complete their targets. You make the following income:
a. Rs 15,000/- as a 15% referral lump sum net fee received from 10 students.
- Rs 40,000/- as (“ten”) level-1 Academic Director appointed by you.
- Rs 100,000/- as (“hundred”) Level-2 Academic Director appointed by each Level-1 director.
- Rs. 100,000/- as referral fees received from 10 students being referred by each Level 1 (“ten”) Academic Directors appointed by you @10% per student enrolled.
- Rs. 500,000/- as referral student fees for students referred by the Level 2 Academic Director @5% per student enrolled.
Total monthly income (a+b+c+d+e) = Rs. 7,55,000/-
Note: GST will be levied in addition to the above income, and all earnings are subject to TDS as per government regulations.

- Talk directly to the Students, Faculty, and Administration of an Institution you are directly related to:
- Display your Academic Director Coupon Code or IALM Alumni Code:
- On Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- On College, University, and Institution Notice Board
- Send a Mass Email with your Special Coupon Code to all your contacts
- Approach Nearby Tuition Centres and offer them to be appointed as Academic Director, Global Course Promoter
- Promote New Courses and Tuitions on the IALM platform.
