Myself Rahila Imam practicing as an Advocate at Patna High Court. I am the legal advisor of the National Anti-Crime Human Rights Council of India (NACHRCOI) as well. I also work as a guest faculty and gives training to the police officials on Cyber laws at the Cyber Cell of Economic Offence Unit (E.O.U) in Patna. I have done research work on the different issues related to cybercrime like Cyber Forensics, Cyber Investigation, and Cyber laws of India. Further, I have participated in and also presented papers at different national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and educational programs.

Education Qualification:-

I have done B.Com, LL.B., and LL.M. from P.G. Department of Law, Patna University, Bihar, and hold 3rd rank in the university, with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law

I have written a book chapter on "Cyber forensics Significance in Cyber Crime Investigation" in Vidit Publications, New Delhi in its 2020 edition which is to be published
