Mr. Rakesh Rustogi possesses vast, rich, and varied managerial experience of 35 years, in the legal departments of the corporate world; in the private as well as public sectors like NDDB, DCM, IFCI, DLF, and ITC. Investigation of title to properties, securitization of loans for industries and housing, litigation management, and drafting of agreements and pleadings; are some of the areas in which he holds the special experience at the All India level.

• Being B.Sc, LL.M. (Delhi University-1978-day scholar), Mr. Rustogi also possesses Post Graduate Diplomas in (1) Industrial Law and Personnel Management and (2)Law of International Institutions. Having Commenced a career as a lecturer, post-retirement Mr. Rustogi is pursuing his passion for teaching and writing on legal subjects. He is presently a legal consultant and also visiting faculty at Mewar Law Institute, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, U.P where he teaches subjects like Administrative law, Company law, Transfer of Property, and Contract law to the students of C.C.S. University and Mewar University. He is a life member of the Indian Law Institute (I.L.I.)), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), and International Council of Alternative Disputes Resolution (ICADR); and has been impaneled as an arbitrator with ICA & ICADR. He is also an accredited member of “The Mediation and Conciliation Network”.
• Have attended (a) an International Conference on “Arbitration in the era of Globalization” held in Delhi by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) in December 2015 and (b) “ National Initiative Towards Strengthening Arbitration and Enforcement in India” held in Delhi by Niti Aayog in October 2016.
• He has contributed an article “Property Acquisition-Due Diligence and its challenges” in the Book entitled “CONTOURS OF REAL ESTATE LAWS” –Thomson Reuters publication, editors: Dr. Kanu Priya & Dr. Komal of Ansal University.
