Anishka Jaidev Govekar, resident of Bicholim- Goa. Completed her graduation in B.A.LLB from

V.M. Salgaocar college of law miramar, Panaji -Goa. Currently pursuing LLM (Constitution and

Administrative Law) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Her key area of interest is Constitution

law. And has also cleared the All India Bar Council Examination and is enrolled as Advocate. She

also used to practice as a Junior Advocate for one year under the High court Advocate in Goa.

She is very much interested in writing and researching Law. She always likes to

participate in many law competitions and has won the 4th A.P.J Abdul Kalam National law essay

competition organized by Dr. Chintan Pathak Association and Probono-India. Her article is

published in the “Transformative Constitutionalism” book.
